Willy provides LGBT and Transgender-specific training and technical assistance, as well as many of the services listed in this section, free of cost through statewide contracts with the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. He is a key consultant with the Community Alliance for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS). He works with the organizations Center for Applied Research Solutions, ONTRACK Program Resources, and LGBT-TRISTAR, which administer these technical assistance contracts. California-based organizations that provide the following public health and social services, as well as educational institutions, may be eligible for free services.

  • Medical Care
 
  • HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care
 
  • Youth Services
 
  • Domestic Violence Services
 
  • Homeless Support Services
